About the role

The Radiology Technologist is responsible for safely and efficiently acquiring diagnostic radiographs and assisting Radiologists with procedures. They must perform radiology procedures competently and report any equipment issues.

Position Summary

The CT/X‑Ray Technologist provides high‑quality diagnostic imaging services in both computed tomography and general radiography. This position is well‑suited for experienced CT technologists as well as Radiologic Technologists seeking structured cross‑training into CT. The department operates at a manageable pace and is supported by a collaborative team committed to patient‑centered care. Essential Responsibilities

Perform CT and general radiographic examinations in accordance with ARRT standards and departmental protocols.

Participate in a shared on‑call rotation while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Deliver compassionate, professional care to patients in a rural healthcare environment.

Collaborate with a supportive imaging team that values communication, reliability, and mutual assistance.

For Radiologic Technologists: engage in supervised CT cross‑training with experienced technologists.

Qualifications

  • ARRT certification in Radiography required.
  • CT certification preferred; willingness to train highly encouraged.
  • North Dakota license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality imaging.

Compensation & Benefits • Starting salary range

  • $34.36 - $42.38
  • $15,000 sign‑on bonus with a 3‑year commitment.
  • 10‑hour shifts supporting work‑life balance.
