The Physical Therapist will provide direct care to post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients in a professional and empathetic manner, involving evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs. This role also requires efficient coordination of care, often managing two patients simultaneously while performing necessary non-direct care support tasks.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License. Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory for application.
