The LPN performs patient assessments, collects data, and monitors patient conditions under the supervision of an RN or provider. They are also responsible for educating patients on pain management and ensuring the correct administration of medications.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Practical Nursing Registration and possess CPR certification. The role requires the ability to follow nursing standards and hospital policies while providing direct patient care.
