The LPN provides direct patient care to promote the safety and well-being of all patients under the supervision of an RN. This role also involves assisting with new staff orientation and training while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient care needs.
Weekend shift - 7pm - 7am - Friday, saturday, sunday
Provides direct patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients under the supervision of an RN. Assists in new staff orientation and training and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient care needs. This should be performed under the direction of the RN on the unit or the Nurse Manager of the unit and in accordance with the Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse Rules. Will work every weekend, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing and currently licensed as an LPN or RN by the state.
LPN OR RN - Current Active Georgia License - BLS obtain within 60 days of hire - preferred ACLS & PALS
Up to 1 year of job related experience (minimum) - 2 to 5 years of recent job-related experience (preferred)
