Direct Support Professional (DSP) Summary

• Misericordia is actively hiring for our Direct Support Professional/Caregiver (DSP) role for our residential areas.
• This role presents the opportunity to help support our residents in reaching their highest potential.
• As a DSP, you will be responsible for daily care tasks including personal, activities, meals, outings and more.
• The DSP will provide supervision and attention throughout the day to ensure the safety of the residents.
• The DSP role is a great opportunity for a compassionate, motivated individual who is looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• No experience necessary- 4 weeks of paid training is provided- Apply today for our next training class.
• Ability to work weekends is a requirement.

Base pay

• $20.00
• Day
• Shift: $20.00/hour on weekdays: + $2 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
• Evening
• Shift: $20.00/hour + $3.00 more per hour on weekdays M-F + $5.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
• Overnight
• Shift: $20.00/hour+ $1.50 more per hour on weekdays M-F + $3.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun

DSP with 4-year Degree Pay Scale

Base pay

• $21.00
• Day
• Shift: $21.00/hour on weekdays: + $2 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
• Evening
• Shift: $21.00/hour + $3.00 more per hour on weekdays M-F + $5.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
• Overnight
• Shift: $21.00/hour + $1.50 more per hour on weekdays + $3.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
