This includes accurately entering approvals or denials and assisting members, providers, and pharmacies with resolving prescription claims and service access issues.
Candidates must possess at least two years of pharmacy technician experience or equivalent education, along with being a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or holding a state pharmacy technician license if required. Essential abilities include maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
