The role involves providing safe, age-specific nursing care to patients within the framework of clinical research protocols, collaborating with the Principal Investigator to implement assigned studies according to GCP guidelines. Key duties include managing regulatory document submissions, recruiting participants, obtaining informed consent, educating subjects, completing documentation, and conducting nursing assessments.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of two years of clinical patient care experience, along with an active Ohio or Multi-State Compact Registered Nurse license. Proficiency in GCP/FDA guidelines, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are required, with clinical research experience being preferred.

(Required proficiency) Licenses and Certifications Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire) and Certification in Human Subjects Protection (CITI) Good Clinical Practices, HIPAA, and CITI Training (Required within 30 Days) and Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required within 30 Days) and OH Driver's License (Valid) with car insurance coverage.
