The Care Partner provides compassionate, exceptional care to residents through meaningful social, emotional, physical, and intellectual support, aiming to help them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents physically and mentally, tidying rooms, and encouraging social engagement through activities and dining.
Candidates must possess two to five years of prior experience in assisted living or senior care and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicants must also be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and demonstrate strong English proficiency.

Two 2 -5 years of prior assisted living or senior care experience. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Desired Skills & Competencies: Proficient in written and verbal English. Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the older adult population. Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, curiosity and friendliness towards all prospects, residents, visitors, employees and the overall community.
