The Certified Nurse Aide will perform frequent resident rounds to check comfort, safety, and cleanliness, while assisting with the implementation of prescribed health care plans. Responsibilities include providing direct care such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and responding to resident calls.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and meet all required training and certification standards, including a nursing aid certificate and CPR. The role requires significant physical exertion, including the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and maintain activity like walking and standing over 75% of the shift.
