About the role

As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide outpatient antepartum and gynecological care as part of a collaborative care team. Your responsibilities will include antepartum care, well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and care coordination.

What You'll Do As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Diana Health, you'll provide outpatient antepartum and gynecological care as a core member of a collaborative care team.

Your day-to-day will include: Antepartum care across all trimesters Well-woman exams and preventive gynecological care Contraceptive counseling and management Care coordination alongside OBGYNs, CNMs, and a licensed clinical social worker Who you are: Compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner eager to offer a whole-person approach to care A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative care practice Excited about a mission-oriented company seeking to transform women’s health care Experience: Women’s health background including well woman and prenatal care.

Requirements
