The Nurse Technician performs basic patient care activities, such as monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role also involves maintaining a clean environment and managing the tech desk to support nursing and physician staff.
A high school diploma is preferred, and while an SRNA or EMT license is preferred, a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, the ability to work under stress with minimal supervision, and proficiency in navigating multiple software systems.
