Responsible for performing electrocardiodiagnostic studies, assisting with scheduling both inpatients/ outpatients, channeling all cardiology diagnostic records to the physician for interpretation, and maintaining all related equipment and supplies.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent
Candidates must have completed a basic ECG course and possess a current BLS provider card, along with one year of technical and clinical experience in a Cardiology Department, preferably within a hospital setting. Essential skills include the ability to work independently, promote patient relaxation for accurate data, effective communication, and the capability to perform stress testing and 12 lead ECGs.
