This role involves providing therapy in outpatient and community housing settings, supervising developing professionals, and developing client-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team. Responsibilities also include conducting clinical assessments, providing individual and group therapy, offering crisis intervention, and utilizing electronic health records for documentation.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license, requiring a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field for counseling licensure. Experience working with populations experiencing serious mental illness is highly preferred.
