Respiratory Therapist (Pool)

• Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital an Affiliate of Encompass Health 189 May St, Worcester MA 01602 Respiratory Therapist - Per Diem (Pool) Hourly Rate - $42.00 / Hour Position Purpose - The Respiratory Therapist provide respiratory therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional and federal regulations and guidelines.
• In addition, the position creates an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by providing patient centered care and treatment in a safe manner.
• Responsibilities & Tasks Administers medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication per physician written order.
• Follows laws, regulations, and safe practice of medication management activities.
• Administers therapy utilizing established standard of care and best practices.

Qualifications

Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
