Responsibilities include driving patient care plan implementation, monitoring progress, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, executing orders precisely, and leading discharge planning.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Florida Board of Nursing prior to the hire date or transfer date. A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required, along with obtaining BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
