The LPN is responsible for providing direct, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care under the supervision of the RN, administering medications, and reporting patient symptoms. For Employee Health, duties include conducting new hire and annual health screenings under RN supervision.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a degree in Nursing or completion of an LPN program, and hold an active LPN license and BLS certification. Required abilities include strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
