The Registered Nurse is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel activities during shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This individual will utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and performing care interventions while collaborating with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians.
A Degree in Nursing is required, with a BSN degree preferred, and an active RN licensure and BLS certification are mandatory. Candidates must possess the ability to observe, assess, and record work according to safety and infection control standards, and communicate effectively.
