Remain flexible in staffing patterns, share equitably in meeting on-call /availability assignments, and actively seek resolutions of staffing conflicts.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred, and possess a compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License, obtaining the NE license within 60 days of hire. Required certifications include American Heart Association’s BLS upon hire, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
