Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living) and personal care; including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, meal assistance Monitor/Record/Report Vital signs Support residents in Assisted Living and specialized units such as Memory Care Assists with healthcare procedures as necessary within state regulations Utilize electronic medical record efficiently and properly Communicate appropriately with residents, resident families, and staff member Maintain a clean and safe working environment Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
