The caregiver will provide rewarding work by helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with individuals receiving services. Responsibilities include supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting and exercise, assisting with personal hygiene, and managing complex needs including behavioral challenges.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and ideally have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Essential attributes include being compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible, along with having a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
