Make a real difference, every day

At Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG), we've been changing lives through evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment since 1973. As one of the Mid-Atlantic's leading outpatient providers, we're looking for a compassionate, skilled SUD Therapist to join our Towson, MD team and help patients build lasting recovery.

If you're passionate about client-centered care, thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, and want to grow your clinical skills alongside a team that genuinely has your back — we'd love to meet you.

Why kolmac + ccg?

  • 50+ years of impact as a trusted name in outpatient addiction treatment
  • A culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion woven into how we treat patients and support employees
  • An innovative, integrated care model that empowers clinicians to do their best work
  • Real investment in your growth — training, tuition support, and clear paths to develop your craft
  • A team that's still growing, with room for you to grow with us
  • What you'll do
  • Build genuine, collaborative treatment alliances with patients, adapting to their evolving clinical needs
  • Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP and OP levels of care
  • Deliver engaging addiction and recovery education presentations
  • Conduct assessments, case management, discharge planning, and coordinate with referral sources and other providers
  • Partner with the treatment team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs
  • Complete evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria
  • Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation that meets state and CARF standards
  • Track and contribute to measurable outcomes — retention, attendance, program completion, and treatment goal achievement
  • Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis
  • Bring your experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care into daily practice
  • Represent Kolmac/CCG with professionalism and positive energy, in and out of session

Direct patient care makes up roughly 55% of the role, depending on program needs.

  • What you bring
  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Preferred Credentials (one of the following): CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCADC, LCSW, or LCSW-C (Maryland)
  • 2+ years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment experience a plus, not required)

  • Comfort working in an electronic medical record system
  • Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more
  • A flexible, creative, team-first mindset, ready to grow with an expanding program
  • If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety required (5+ preferred)
