The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating general OB/GYN patients, performing essential gynecologic procedures like Pap smears and IUD management. Responsibilities also include interpreting diagnostic results, managing HRT, evaluating fertility patients, and communicating care plans compassionately.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of preferred experience as a WHNP, hold current, unrestricted Minnesota RN and WHNP-BC licensure, and possess a current CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration. Strong skills in collaboration, clinical documentation, communication, and sound decision-making are essential for this role.
