The RN Surgery Outpatient is responsible for identifying patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, and then planning and delegating care accordingly. This role involves executing physician orders and nursing interventions while evaluating patient responses and progress toward expected outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an Accredited School of Nursing and hold current Alabama or multi-state RN licensure, along with required BCLS certification completed within the provisional period. Prior experience must include successfully completing a Perioperative RN program or having prior experience as a circulating Registered Nurse.
Education: Graduate of Accredited School Of Nursing License, Certification and/or registration: Current nursing Alabama or multi-state Licensure. BCLS required (must be completed within the Provisionary Period).
