Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in completing daily routines such as eating, toileting, showering, meal preparation, and recreation, while also helping to maintain a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities also include documenting relevant information, attending mandated trainings, and assisting individuals who may have behavioral or medical concerns.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have one year of caregiving work history, along with a valid driver's license and three years of satisfactory driving history. A mandatory requirement is prior experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (IDD/DDD) and a willingness to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting.

Delta Community Supports, Inc. – DSP Retention Bonus Agreement Purpose: To support workforce stability and continuity of care, Delta Community Supports, Inc. (“Employer”) offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and retention bonus (subject to applicable taxes and withholdings) for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Payment Schedule: $500 after 6 months of employment $500 after 12 months of employment $1,000 after 18 months of employment Eligibility Requirements: To receive and retain the bonus, you must: - Remain actively employed in good standing (not have any staff action forms on file for performance or attendance issues, not be on a PIP or have submitted notice of resignation).
