The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing assessments of the patient's condition and establishes an appropriate plan of care involving the patient based on their capabilities and desires. They plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed physical treatment programs to maintain or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction.
Applicants must possess a Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio and are preferred to have a Bachelor's degree. Essential attributes include critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the capacity to act appropriately in stressful environments.
