The role involves providing rewarding work by helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow, learn, and live well, which includes supporting them with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Responsibilities also include assisting people with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may exhibit behavioral challenges or complex needs.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate key skills such as communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management. A valid driver's license held for a minimum of one year and access to an insured, registered vehicle are also mandatory requirements.
