The CNA provides direct resident care, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and reports any changes in resident condition to an RN or LPN. This role also involves charting in the POC system and demonstrating effective time management and task prioritization.
Candidates must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity and possess good communication skills. Applicants must also be able to read, write, and communicate in English and hold a BLS Certification.

Create menus that drive resident meal satisfaction. Serves meals based on residents’ preferences. Promotes food safety and sanitation. Actively participates in all culinary trainings and welcoming and onboarding new hires.
