Minimum Training and Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensed by South Carolina as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
