The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation needs, develop individualized plans of care, and perform ongoing reassessments according to regulatory guidelines. Key duties include collaborating with care teams, educating patients/caregivers, and supervising clinical support staff.

This position involves a physically active environment, including patient transfers and movement between patient homes.
This position reports to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee.
