The Certified Medication Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional and individualized care according to each resident's care plan and reporting any changes in resident health status to the clinical team. This role also involves connecting compassionately with residents and family members while engaging in continuous learning opportunities.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent and hold the required certification indicating successful completion of the Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity are also mandatory qualifications.
