The Medication Care Manager will be responsible for informing others about changes in resident conditions and accurately dispensing medications to residents. Key duties also include maintaining detailed records of all administered medications and assisting residents with physical care, meals, and activities.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Chinese and be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role. Required qualifications include the ability to learn assisted living and Alzheimer's care practices, skill in building resident relationships, and successful completion of the Aegis Medication Training Certification program.

Qualifications and Requirements: Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care Skilled at building relationships with residents Ability to maintain resident confidentiality Ability to successfully complete Aegis Medication Training Certification program Knowledge and ability to assist residents with medications Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on TB screen. Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.
