The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for performing patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, and specimen collection. Additionally, they manage medical supplies and handle administrative duties to support community health.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be a graduate of an accredited medical assistance program, and hold a CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification. BLS certification is required within 60 days of hire, and 2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
