The clinician will manage an outpatient caseload, providing bio psychosocial treatment plans for new clients and coordinating with staff to ensure quality services for clients, families, and referral sources. Responsibilities also include conducting intakes, monitoring various therapies, developing service plans, and providing SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
The role requires providing various outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health services, including conducting intakes and monitoring individual, group, and family therapies. Candidates must complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines and participate in required training.

He also serves as president of the Wisconsin Association of Sober Housing (WASH), a nonprofit organization that establishes standards and quality assurance in recovery housing and affiliates for the state of Wisconsin. He is also a person in long-term recovery.
