About us

WisHope Recovery is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Trauma Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. We are looking for a Master's-level clinician who is trained or certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and/or Brainspotting and is passionate about helping individuals heal from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Our ideal candidate is committed to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centered care and enjoys working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers the opportunity to utilize specialized trauma treatment modalities while supporting individuals on their recovery journey through comprehensive behavioral health services.

Job Description

You will work in an outpatient setting with a varying client caseload (averaging 12) to:

Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients

Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.

Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate.

Represent WisHope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events.

Provide various outpatient SUD and Mental Health services.

Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.

Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.

Provide SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.

Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.

Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.

Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.

Participate in annual cultural competency and diversity training and seeking safety training and are beyond qualified to care for those we serve.

Requirements

Candidates must be Master's-level therapists certified in EMDR and/or Brainspotting. They should be experienced in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care for co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.
