As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct holistic assessments and create tailored support plans for individuals. You will collaborate with health and social care professionals to promote independence and well-being.
Candidates must be qualified Occupational Therapists with HCPC registration and knowledge of safeguarding procedures. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also required.
