Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring. Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits. Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden. Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
