Wendell Foster is interested in hiring energetic Direct Support Professionals for our Intermediate Care Facility to join the team of #DifferenceMakers!
What matters to you
Hours- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM 📆
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week + every other weekend (Part-time & PRN opportunities available)
New hourly rate starting at $16.00
Night-shift hourly differential of $2.00
Overtime availability
8 paid holidays each year
Double time pay for holiday hours worked

Essential Functions
Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to
Getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding, Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility, occasionally preparing meals and snacks per dietary card
Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
Understand individual’s rights and display respect and dignity when interacting with individuals.
Frequently lift and/or move 50lbs; occasionally lift and/or move 75lbs while assisting a person with movement or direct care
