As a Care Worker, you will provide quality complex care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities such as cleaning, personal care, food preparation, and medication assistance. You will also focus on developing genuine connections with clients to help them live their best possible lives.
Applicants must possess an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with at least Third-Party Property Damage Insurance for client transport. Essential personal attributes include being a strong communicator with resilience and patience, alongside proficiency in using smartphone technology, apps, and email.

As a Care Worker supporting clients in the Warren and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
This is a casual role, to suit your lifestyle!
To support our team with rising fuel costs, we’re offering a temporary mileage reimbursement rate of $1.04 per km, in addition to paid travel time.

What do we need from you?
