The therapist will apply psychotherapeutic techniques to treat diagnosed emotional and mental disorders in individuals and families through individual, group, or family therapy sessions. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing and revising treatment plans, maintaining documentation, managing a caseload, and participating in treatment team meetings.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field, along with four or more years of therapist experience, including at least one year with the facility's specific population. Required credentials include state or national professional therapy licensure and CPR/de-escalation/restraint certification.
