The Master Level Counselor will ensure individualized clinical needs of youth are met by providing clinical treatment, which includes the development, implementation, and oversight of specialized services like screening, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals. This role involves face-to-face therapy and focusing on individualized, evidence-based therapeutic services for the youth served.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Human Services field, along with the ability to meet professional standards for licensure/certification. Independent licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred, though Registered Intern Status is also accepted.

As a Master Level Counselor with AMIkids, we will perform and ensure that individualized clinical needs are met for our Youth by providing clinical treatment through development, implementation, and general oversight of specialized services (screening, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals).
We prefer Team Members have experience working with youth 13-21 years old, who have behavioral challenges (this is not a deal-breaker). We can provide training to the right candidate, whose goal is to empower young people to discover their true potential.
