The coordinator assesses and evaluates the needs of ACT individuals, develops program plans, completes necessary documentation for community-based services, and advocates for new services as required. They engage individuals and families empathetically while providing case management for support, rehabilitation, or crisis intervention, monitoring placements for treatment consistency.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a Human Service Field and meet QMHP qualifications, which includes at least one year of experience treating or working with individuals with mental illness. A valid Michigan driver’s license and proof of insurance are also mandatory requirements.
