The Occupational Therapist will join an in-house therapy team providing care in a consistent location with supportive leadership and reasonable productivity expectations. Responsibilities involve treating diverse caseloads including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri or be eligible for one. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care are essential, though SNF experience is a plus and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
