This role provides essential administrative support to staff providing direct care functions, primarily by managing the main telephone line, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients with inquiries and payments. Responsibilities also include processing, copying, scanning, mailing, and filing necessary clinic paperwork and assisting with insurance verification.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and have prior experience in a secretarial role. Essential experience includes working with clients who have a mental illness and familiarity with a managed care environment.

$19.00/hr minimum, and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
