The Medical Assistant will provide both administrative and clinical support to the care team, ensuring efficient primary care delivery and a compassionate patient experience. Key duties include performing clinical tasks like administering injections and collecting specimens, alongside administrative tasks such as chart preparation and patient communication.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of a Medical Assistant program or possess an LPN License, with MA certification preferred. Essential abilities include clear communication, maintaining confidentiality, reacting calmly in emergencies, and proficiency in patient care procedures, vital sign measurement, and EHR documentation.
