This position involves carrying out daily living services for residents according to their service plans, which includes providing personal care and communicating resident needs to medical professionals and families under supervision. Essential functions include strictly following service plans, documenting condition changes, and adhering to all quality assurance and company policies.
Candidates must possess certification from an approved Certified Nursing Assistant course, successfully completing the State CNA course. Six months of experience in long-term care is preferred for this role.
