The CNA provides direct personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and meal support. They are also responsible for monitoring resident health status, documenting care, and adhering to facility safety and infection control protocols.
The candidate must be capable of performing clinical procedures and vital sign monitoring according to facility standards. They are expected to maintain knowledge of emergency procedures, HIPAA regulations, and state/federal compliance requirements.
