The primary duties involve the prescribed administration of medications and treatments to residents, along with accurate documentation of these administrations and any related incidents or events. This role also requires providing direct care services and maintaining appropriate communication with residents, families, physicians, and support staff.
Candidates must have successfully completed training covering medication administration and documentation, demonstrating proficiency in identifying medications, their uses, potential adverse effects, and contraindications. Maintaining current certification or licensure is mandatory for this position.
Full Time and Part Time for AM Shift
Education and Experience
Must have satisfactorily completed training in medications – including administration and documentation. Must be able to demonstrate skill and knowledge of medication identification, use, purpose, adverse effect, and contra-indications. Must maintain current certification or licensure.
