The Activity Assistant will help plan and lead daily activity programs such as arts & crafts, games, music, and community outings, while encouraging resident participation. This role also involves supporting the Activity Director with administrative tasks like documentation, supply ordering, and maintaining resident preference lists.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Preferred qualifications include activity certification, experience in long-term care, and recent experience leading recreational or social programs.
