The main function of this role is to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by a physician. This involves applying specialized skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Candidates must possess mandatory ARDMS certification and current CPR certification, with 1-2 years of experience as a Sonographer required. A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, along with experience in venous insufficiency and ablative interventions.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by interpreting physician.
ARDMS mandatory, RVT preferred. CPR certification required. B.S. Degree preferred.
1-2 years as a Sonographer required. Experience in venous insufficiency, reflux studies and Venus ablative interventions preferred.
Ability to function under pressure of time demands. Position requires eye-hand and gross body coordination skills; extensive walking. Position requires the ability to concentrate on details in spite of interruptions and attend to tasks for more than 30 minutes at a time. Individuals must be able to understand and relate theories behind several related concepts and remember multiple tasks given over long periods of time.
