Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and meet specific clinical training criteria, such as holding an S.C Nurse Aide Certification or having completed relevant health science or nursing fundamentals coursework. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory, and further certification may be required shortly after hiring.
